What is this place?
My name is Michelle Plumb, and I like to think of myself as a professionally amateur hobbyist photographer. I live in eastern Washington state, a region I lovingly refer to as the “everbrown” portion of the evergreen state.
This site is home to photos I have taken that I want to share with you.
What gear is being used?
Photos are taken with a Nikon D300 using one of four lenses (18-200mm, 70-300mm, 50mm prime and a non-DX fisheye) and a variety of creative filters (+10 macro, circular polarizer, star, etc.). I prefer to spend as little time at my computer as possible, so I do as much in-camera as I can, leaving for very little editing (beyond resizing/watermarking).
How can I get a GingerSnaps photo?
Just use this Contact form to drop me a line so we can discuss what you’re looking for. I’ve included some examples of what others have contacted me to use images for in my tearsheets gallery.
